We love to educate our customers about our wine and spirits. That's why we have a little somethin' open every day for sampling. At least once a month, we provide free tastings that are more focused where our customers are welcome to come into our relaxed atmosphere to sample and to learn a bit, too.

LeNell's gonna take your hand and walk you through the swamp of propaganda to lead you into the real world of true distilled absinthe. Learn a bit about the origins, prohibition and all the politics behind it, the herbs, how it's made, and various ways to enjoy it, including learning about classic and modern absinthe cocktails.
